He's just saying good things about N.Y because he cant say anything good about himself.

Ah, sweet irony...

LAWLZ!!

anyone know the song playing in the background?

Dude, seriously, the guy engaged in illegal activity! (I personally think it should be legal but that's another topic) He railed against prostitution and was taking part of it. Clinton was impeached because he lied under oath, not because he had a fat chick go downtown. It's not their sex lives dummy, it's called BREAKING THE LAW!
-
Bill Clinton didnt pump 80,000 into a criminal organization that probably has mob connections. He didn't go on rants about how prostitution rings were a threat to new york families and society and then patronize them himself. If this was a simple affair, it shouldnt have been brought up, but it is against the law.

He's a good governor. We should judge public servants for their job performance, not for their personal life. They are doing the same thing to him that they did to Clinton. He was the greatest president in the last 20 years and we got rid of him over something trivial. Sptizer should get the same penalty that any other john would get. But don't judge politicians on their sex lives. If they busted all politicians for things like this, we wouldn't have any politicians.

Greatest. Tagline. Ever.

He's still a better man than Bill Clinton, who turned his entire governorship (and presidency!) into a one-stop-shop for sleaze and the degradation of women. I really can't see Hillary as a feminist after fronting for him all those years.
But yeah, Spitzer should probably resign. A lifetime of contrition couldn't make up for having to stand next to your husband through a press conference like that. I hope they can get through it.
Guess he's toast now. I feel for his wife and kids. If you live in a glass house don't throw stones.
