  • it depends on your goals and where you are physically. i made this video for my patients as a starting point. these are basic exercises that are safe for most people. 20-25 reps would be better for rehab, and increasing endurance/stability.  but everyone is different and i need more information about the individual performing the exercises to give my best recommendations. hope this helps.

  • Thanks for the guiding video. could you please recommend me some shoulder excercises. I had a displaced right shoulder 3 weeks back in an ambush. for 2 weeks my arm was tightly straped to chest and since 1 week i have an immobilizer tied to my arm. i had a history of rotataor cuff tear some 8 years ago at tht time it was not immobilised since thn whenever i had any strong rotation like boxing or puling my hand for punching, my joint use to pain. pls suggest me exercises. n wht time i start them.

  • aren't 10-12 repetitions too less?
