I have regular and I am glad bc they have colors...I know these r faster and smaller but I like the way traditional braces look

@natli95 but damons work faster in my case by 40 % my orthodontist said 22 months with traditional and 16 with damons, you dont need elastics headgear and they are smaller so better in terms of apearance

I have damon braces and if truth be told they DO NOT lessen the soreness you get when tightened! However they are more comfortable in that they are smaller and therefore they don't make your lips jut out!
