Nice training video. Their explanations are refreshingly accurate. Being an old dog with slc's I found their straightforward troubleshooting guide to be elegant and sound. I've found myself skipping some of those steps myself, and while I was fortunate and my instincts accurate, their method would have ensured that challenging problems would have been resolved properly the first time.
