What does superclocked mean? Can you manually superlclock a graphics if hasn't been by factory?

@CombatWolf14 you cant put a desktop graphics card in a laptop. so you can only stick to the GPU that it comes with. And about the processor: 1.7ghz what? single core? dualcore? manufacturer? product line? name?

im mainly looking to play TF2, Half life, and source games like that. the processor i currently have is 1.7 GHz. with one or two of these and my old processor could i play TF2 and other source games on this laptop? or should i buy a 2.9 GHz proccessor? also, will these even work on my laptop? (its vista home premium, 32 bit)
