quick edit of a little workout i did at my bro cody's house. we are pretty new to lower body lifting especially squats and deadlifts, but we have been watching squat rx and learning from some really knowledgeable people, so its just a matter of practice until we are squatting like champs :) tips are more than welcome. peace.

  • haha are you kiddin? that was 95 lbs lol ya your probably right we havn't really squatted in a long time and we were upstairs so better safe than sorry i guess. to be honest we probably never needed one

  • I don't do much leg work either. Last time I did I found out that my squat was 60 lbs lower than my previous max =O

  • Somehow i knew that something like that was gonna happen at the end. :o aha ieke, Sam and I have decided were going to start weight training, next time you come down you guys should help us out and teach us some stuff!
