I don't do much leg work either. Last time I did I found out that my squat was 60 lbs lower than my previous max =O

Somehow i knew that something like that was gonna happen at the end. :o aha ieke, Sam and I have decided were going to start weight training, next time you come down you guys should help us out and teach us some stuff!

haha are you kiddin? that was 95 lbs lol ya your probably right we havn't really squatted in a long time and we were upstairs so better safe than sorry i guess. to be honest we probably never needed one
