sometimes for breakfast i eat a choclate banana smoothie
its rlly good u just get a breakfast smootie powder and half of a banana add in some milk and ice (in the blender) and you get a very filling and yummy smoothie it fills me up till lunch time. Sometimes im not even that hungry at lunch . thats how filling it is! =)

So I had to tell you that I just stole your idea :) I am always stuck for ideas.. I had 1 cup of Kashi strawberry cereal (ultra crunchy and 2 points).. with a light a fit strawberry banana yogurt (2 points) and YUMMMM!! Great snack idea! Thank you!!

@TheMainahgrl yummy! sounds delish :) i am going to mix it up a bit i think, since i am getting a little tired of eating that everyday. i think next i will use vanilla yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit. YUMMY! :D
