I think the point Beck was making today is that you have to be crazy to sign a petition like that with all your personal info on it and then hand it over to this Administration. Obama has a big enough enemies list without having to make one for him with names and addresses. As far as Levin, get "Ameritopia". I would think it right up your alley. Ann Coulter's "Demonic" is also a must read if you are a conservative.

You are absolutely correct.  He did make that point. However, he also said the state's right to secede was settled (by the civil war). It wasn't legally settled. There was no Supreme Court hearing about the right to secession. There were no trials of the southern Generals either.

The union was fortunate that the south fired upon Ft. Sumter.
