  • The idea that when consciousness abides in the pause between breath ,thought doesn't arise corresponds with what Ajahn Brahm describes in stage 5 of meditation . It is when breath and body can't be felt ,thoughts are also stilled, rapture and happiness arise.

  • Fantastic! Simply describtion of our challenge.. :)

He must surely be a master!

  • Thanks Swamiji for your teachings. May you be showered with the love and support of your deciples, devotees and friends. Nithyanandam

  • just watch those gaps a lot and you will experience it. relax and be aware of it. awareness is not the same as the mind its a different you. real you.

  • From Clip: Breathing and mind are closely associated. The length, bredth and the depth of the breathing are directly related to the number of thoughts you are having. You are afraid of losing your mind. This is why you avoid the neutral zone. In this neutral zone you have no identity. Fear of loss of identity is greater than fear of death.

  • This guy is amazing.. Legend :-)

to be aware of the breath in the neutral zone is also with the help of the mind.. is it not..so how can mind be totally not working?thoughtless

It is a real challange for me. As a child i had experienced many times the feeling of getting sucked into a balck hole sort of a thing and i used to feel my body is paralysed and it was frighteneing. Pls guide me into the technique to be able to experience the neutral zone.

  • thank you Swamiji
