CG + Live actor Composite

Hello All, So here's another vid.....This is a test at eyeline interaction between CG charactors and a live actor within a simple CG environment.

The live actor is a greenscreen extraction from a test clip called 'Eyeline Interaction' near the bottom of the following page:

The 2 CG models are Victoria 4.2 and Micheal 4 from Daz3d although micheal has had his texturing removed. The CG background is a simple stock scene found in Carrara pro 7.

The greenscreen clip was first matchmoved in Syntheyes and the result imported into Carrara 7 Pro for the CG to be added and ' very simply ' animated, bearing in mind that the main objective was to produce eye contact between the live actor and the micheal CG charactor, the animation was kept to the bare minimum.

The 4 layer composite was put together in Visionlab studio and some grading was done to the CG charactors to better match them to the live actor, Alpha channels were used for the CG along with a greenscreen extraction from the live plate and numerous masks were used on some layers.

I'll leave it to you guy's to decide if the test was a success
