Most people (like me) drink a lot of soda everyday till..............the kidney stone appears and makes you regret you ever ever ever touched a soda, coffee, tea in your life. Trust me drink the water and stop the soda, coffee, tea. If you don't I promise you... one day that little devil shows up and your life becomes hell very quickly. It ain't worth it man. Drink what God gave us to drink. Mineral water. Duh you don't have to be a genius to know that. Just think about it.
