  • @KaraLVRogueLZ your gonna have to start workign 1-2 hours a day everyday working on different sections of your body each day(back, arms, shoulers/traps), find a workout plan and work on lifting 4 sets of 10 reps increasing the weight each rep - you should be doing at least 4 different exercises for the same body part each day. get in a good cardio workout a couple times a week on top of that and watch what your eating (lots of good proteins and heathy carbs) andy youll gain

  • Common problem last year wwhen i was 13 i was experience the same problem is your diet you need to put on a diet high in protein and high in carbs and instead of 10-20minute workouts do 35-1hour workout sessions lemme know how it goes :)
