Actually mid 400 hp would get cobalt into tens with football mod and a set of slicks....secondly u dont even need any mods but tune to get cobalt 300+whp....people who claim cobslt ss tc are slow just havent got thier ass handed to them by one...its frustraiting all the ugnorance on youtube
