Microneurosurgical removal of large (max diameter: 60 mm) Anterior Clinoidal Meningioma (hard consistency) via a classic right lateral supraorbital approach and intradural clinoidectomy. The patient was a 51 year old woman with bilateral visual acuity deficit improved after the operation.
