在人體中,血屬陰,氣屬陽,血為氣之母,氣為血之帥,血隨氣行。通過肩臂、腰胯、膝、肘、腕、踝等關節活動,使肌肉、筋腱鬆弛,關節舒展,血脈暢通,促進氣血運行。關節活­動操作為正式練功前的準備活動,可以振奮精神,強化練功效效;若單獨操練,可舒筋活絡,防治關節炎。準備活動不宜過多,以身體微微出汗而不氣喘為宜。

    Could be a park in Tainan. I am from Kaoshuing an graduated from Provncial Kaoshuing Middle School. Tainan has beautiful parks!
