For 30 years now, it's been against the law to discriminate against pregnant women for jobs.But a report in the Journal of Applied Psychology found some surprising cases of discrimination anyway.

They had researchers concluded that there are still a lot of challenges facing working moms,including subtle and not so subtle forms of discrimination. That's sobering and sad. Women who are expecting should expect better.

Is it job discrimination to hire someone whose ass won't WORK? Modern "society" is so annoyingly retarded. Who has the balls to say that women need to be raising their children instead of slapping them on a conveyor belt towards the local daycare? What the fuck is the point of having strangers raise YOUR CHILD?

Nobody in their right mind who works hard to build a business will hire a pregnant woman. Its like paying $50,000 for a 1991 Toyota tercel.

Business thrives on sound economic decisions. Period.
