I think you should have more special sweepers and defensive pokemon.
Metagross:If it is a defensive set, I guess you should give him a Leftovers.
If it is a offensive set, teach him Agility
Alakazam:A Dark-type pokemon beat you easily. Teach him Energy ball or Focus Blast.
Rampardos:sucks without Trick Room.
Dragonite:I think you should have Multiscale (DW Ability).
Outrage + Dragon claw?
Use only one of each type.
