Any tips and what workouts do you do? I want to throw harder. I throw 52 mph in the winter when my arm was not warmed up. Thank You. Nice pitching

yes, it's pretty common. Just take it easy and don't over do it, it's not worth going through it all again just because you think you can throw 100 percent 6 months after surgery.
