Hi, everyone! Now, we can watch a short animation about our subtle body, our subtle system of channels and centers called chakras. And also, about the awakening of our inner energy, known as Kundalini, and about its raising up from the triangular bone, known as Sacrum, at the bottom of our spinal cord to the top of our head, where our fontanelle is. After the energy Kundalini has pierced through the fontanel bone area, it connects with the all-pervading power of Pure Divine Love, which is the cosmic energy all around us. And then we feel the energy as cool breeze, as cool vibrations on the top of our head, in our hands, on the fingertips, in our body. We also feel Joy and Peace inside us. This connection between our microcosm and the macrocosm is known as Self Realization or Second Birth. Second Birth because we get a birth as Spirit and the Kundalini is our individual spiritual mother who gives us this second birth. And Self Realization because we become aware of the Truth, that our True Self is the Pure Spirit, and that there is this all-pervading power of Divine Love, which is also known as Param Chaitanya, or we can say it is the Love of God. That's how we find out the meaning of the word "Yoga" - "Union with God". And all this will happen to you when you start practicing Sahaja Yoga. You are welcome to our local center of Sahaja Yoga to get your Self Realization, to experience it, and to learn how to meditate and keep the state of Yoga for longer time.
