Nick:Um,well,you guys were dating for almost 2 years,it's not like we didn't get to know each other
Joe:*nods* Well,yeah,I guess...So,uh,are you sure you don't have a thing for her?
Nick:*chuckles* Yeah,I'm pretty sure.Why?
Joe:Just asking
-Nick's P.O.V.-
Me and Demi? A couple? I've never thought about it.Actually,I never thought she'd date a guy like me and that only proved my point when she started dating Joe.Plus,I kinda had a thing for Selena back then.Ugh,I lose all the sweetest girls to Joe.Sad,isn't it? Still,even if it had crossed my mind about me and Demi being an item,it never crossed hers.
-End P.O.V.-
--With Demi and Miley--
Miley:*squeals* I can't believe you're actually gonna do this!
Demi:I don't know,Miley.I mean,what if I make afool of myself and he says "no"
Miley:Who would dare say "no" to you?
Demi:*mumbles* Joe
Miley:*smacks her arm* Stop that! Now,who's turn is it to make dinner tonight?
Demi:Mine,but---
Miley:I have the PERFECT idea! *drags Demi with her as she runs off*
Demi:Wait up!
--Two hours later; Nick and Demi's--
Nick:*walks in with Joe* Hello? Dems,you home?
Demi:*walks out of the kitchen and smiles* Hey
Nick:Somethin' smells good
Demi:Oh,it's dinner.My turn tonight,right?
Nick:*joking* Yeah but it actually smells good
Demi:*smacks his ches* I can cook,you know!
Nick:*laughs*
Joe:So,uh,I guess I better get home
Demi:*smiles* Bye Joe
Joe:bye *walks out*
-Joe's P.O.V.-
Something did smell good in there...and the lights were dim...and I'm pretty sure I could smell candles.Is she---are they---WHAT?!
-End P.O.V.-
--In the house--
Nick:*walks into the kitchen* Wow,everything looks great
Demi:*nervous* Are you sure?
Nick:*smiles at her* Yeah,why?
Demi:*shrugs*
Nick:*leans down to kiss her forehead*
Demi:*leans in and kisses him*
Nick:*a bit surprised but starts kissing back,leading her to the living room*
Demi*wraps her arms around his neck and giggles as she felt herself being pushed onto the couch*
Nick:*laughs but is interrupted by the doorbell* you have GOT to be kidding
Demi:*laughs* I think you should get that
Nick:Man! *gets up and answers the door* Joe? I thought you left?
Joe:*shrugs* Selena called,said she's goin out of town on a business trip
Nick:Worst...timing...ever. *groans* Just come in
Joe:*sarcastic* How very kind of you. *walks in* oh and uh,nice lip gloss,bro *smirks,thinking:Damn it!*
Demi:Who's at the door? *walks in* oh,hey Joe
Joe:*smiles*
Demi:Let me,uh,set another plate *walks into the kitchen*
Joe:*walks into the kitchen with Nick following*
