Beyonce and Jay-Z sign marriage license

Beyonce and Jay-Z are official. A New York town clerk says the two filed their signed marriage license last week. The paperwork lists their wedding date as April 4. The two reportedly celebrated their nuptials at a lavish party in Manhattan. The pair have been dating since 2002, and have been keeping quiet on any news about their marriage.

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora is spending time on probation for a DUI charge. The rocker pleaded guilty to the charge yesterday and the judge ordered him to spend 3 years on probation and take an alcohol education course. Sambora was arrested last month when he was driving unsteadily down a road in southern California. His girlfriend, young daughter, and her cousin were in the car at the time. There was talk he could face a child endangerment charge as well but prosecutors didn't take action on that.

Miley Cyrus is taking on another identity...as an author. The "Hannah Montana" actress has reportedly signed a seven figure book deal with Disney to write her life story. It will apparently cover her rise to fame, and close relationship with her family members. It's set to hit the shelves next spring...around the same time as a Hannah Montana feature film makes it to theaters.

Nicole Kidman is working to stop violence against women around the world. The actress, who is a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Development Fund for Women, was at the U.N. yesterday. She encouraged governments around the world to take a stand against the violence...and to make it a top priority for them.

Fans went wild for Ashton Kutcher at the world premiere of his new film "What Happens in Vegas." He reportedly responded to screaming fans on the red carpet event in London yesterday. His co-stars Lake Bell and Rob Corddry were there as well. But Cameron Diaz, who also stars in the film was unable to attend, following the recent death of her father. "What Happens in Vegas" opens in the U.S. May 9.
