They should have torn down those buildings long ago.

@Shadowtamer16 the city tore it all down 41 buildings now all you can see it the cities casino from that street, after the tore the buildings down and evicted 200 people they invested 25 million into the casino since more people would be able to see it from the street on the silent hilll! dun dun dunnnn
