From Wikipedia:

Gerd Puin was the head of a restoration project, commissioned by the Yemeni government, which spent a significant amount of time examining the ancient Qur'anic manuscripts discovered in Sana'a, Yemen, in 1972. According to writer Toby Lester, his examination revealed "unconventional verse orderings, minor textual variations, and rare styles of orthography and artistic embellishment." The scriptures were written in the early Hijazi Arabic script, matching the pieces of the earliest Qur'ans known to exist. The papyrus on which some of the text appears shows clear signs of earlier use, being that previous, scraped-off writings are also visible on it, though this does not necessarily demonstrate modifications to the over-all text of the Qur'an.

More than 15,000 sheets of the Yemeni Qur'ans have painstakingly been cleaned, treated, sorted, and photographed and 35,000 microfilmed photos have been made of the manuscripts. Some of Puin's initial remarks on his findings are found in his essay titled the "Observations on Early Qur'an Manuscripts in San'a" which has been republished in the book What the Koran Really Says by Ibn Warraq.

  • do you have a copy of this quran any where in the world.all the copies of the quran existing indefferent part of world are same and one {yeman, china, india, america so any where}which is the same as the uthuman,Then what is the use of your fake video

and the man speaking in german says it is amasingly preserved

  • why all the fuss ?

Islam is just one of many man-made religions

and not even the best one...

  • @glyyype Allah is not blackmailing you or forcing you... God is INFORMING you... while these verses of Quran are read, no one is forcing you isn't it??!!

If you believe in it, then you will be afraid from that day, and you will follow the teachings in Quran....

If you don't believe in it, you will automatically think that these threats are not real, and just drop it, and stop thinking about it....

Where is the force then???? I don't understand...

  • @MrsRania75

No one is forcing anybody ? are you joking ? Allah blackmails people : worship me, or it's down to hellfire with you, and an eternity of torture to boot

oh, and I forgot :" let there be no compulsion in matter of religion"...

it all makes so much sense...

  • @rzadan so you say... one day, one day, you will know.... its as if you have been dreaming.... when people will be asked, how long did your life last? And they'll answer, "maybe a day or so", for the events of that day, will last long enough for you to feel that LIFE was just a day or less...

  • @glyyype why care about the language or about the accessories of conversations... what is the point??!!! if you want to know the truth, you have to read the book with an open heart, without perceived ideas.... its either you believe or not.... no one is forcing anybody... but remember, if there is one in a million chance that Quran is true, and there is indeed a day where people will be judged, then I think its worth while the effort...

  • STOP ISLAM ! JESUS CHRIST FOR EVER !!!!!

  • @glyyype THe one who has genuine intentions will interpret correctly. The one who is not sincere will interpret even the simplest of the things out of context. If you look 6 upside down then it seems like 9. It is upto your intentions. Chapter 2, Verse 1. "Alif, Lam, Meem. This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah". So only those will be guided who are sincere and want guidance and those who raise stupid objections will not be guided.

  • I am always amazed when Muslims claim that Arabic is superior to all other languages.

How can you measure this ? simply by number of words, English is by far the richest language... many English expressions (especially in technology/informatics) are not even translated anymore, but simply taken over by other languages....

if it's variety which counts, all languages have many different words in the sectors which are relevant for them

Inuits for snow, Arabs for camels....

  • @sipraomer

what sort of moronic God would choose "the most ambiguous language" for his revelation ?

what good is there in revealing a message which then can be interpreted in umpteen different ways ?
