1.You don`t use an altimeter while base jumping you idiot! 2. that exit point is so hot, cause if you don`t pull in time you have to track like he did and you will find yourself too close to the ground. so he had no choices in that moment.

This video is an example of the video guy concentrating on what was happening to his friend who looks like he went in in this video but he did not. He actually got a full canopy inflation with a little air time unlike the photographer who almost ate it. Both were OK I believe the video guy broke his ankle or something of that sort.
