In seated position with leg extended, firmly attach rubber tubing around the end of your foot. With the tubing firmly attached to a fixed object away from your body pull your toes towards your body as far as possible. Return to starting position. The amount of resistance is determined by you. Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
