I've been listening to this song for years... I've always thought 2:37 said "the sun will wave at you".. I guess what you have here is a lot more logical :D

@crunkcymbals09 God loves you no matter what. He gave His own son to die for you, trust me, nothing you do can shock Him. His arms, marked with the nails that nailed him to the cross are always open, asking, waiting for you to fall into His arms and realize He is STRONGER than any sin that keeps you away from Him. He will UNDO what you have done and make you clean again, and give you peace. His grace reaches far into any darkness and brings light.
