Seasoned meat grilled or broiled in a skillet heated over a flame is called bulgogi (bul means fire or flame and gogi is meat in Korean).

Beef is used to make boul koh kee. This dish is one of the best known Korean foods in the world, on par with kimchi. It is a very delicious dish filled with rich nutrients.

Today, we will make five servings of boul koh kee; it will take approximately 20 minutes.
