Lee Apperson is involved, which is the first clue that you're watching horses*it. He says on his website, of following Mike Mentzer's suggestion: "negative reps with a weight you can't normally lift ... for several high intensity workouts in a row, maxing out at every workout on every exercise--YOU WILL BECOME INJURED." Mentzer clearly wrote "I would advise against using negatives in every workout." ("High Intensity Training The Mike Mentzer Way," p.93). Just one example. Apperson = BS

So what? He juices..What he does is diminished because of that..

@Sojujinn lol, ofc. But you are not lazy if you don't have a body like this. 90% of the population can't have a body like this, you need to be born muscular and athletic
-
they were big before 50, I would like to see a vidio about a guy after 50 start lifting and seeing positive results
-
to bad steroids are involved.
-
Still, have to give him props for being 50 and looking muscular and ripped. There are a lot of lazy fat 25 yr olds that don't have that kind of body.
-
Looks muscle bound when he is jogging, like he lacks in flexibility. Looks like one of those guys that can't even touch their shoulder or bend down to touch their toes. There is a lot to be said for having flexibility too.

If this dude is RIPPED at 50, there is hope for everyone!
