I picked my kitties to sterilize at a government pet clinic center in Bangkok.
What a poor cats got it.

That does not look like a place I would want to take my cat. C'mon, there are animals lying on the floor there. Looks more like a slaughterhouse, and they seem to have forgotten that there's such a thing as hygene.

Sterilizing a cat prevents it from becoming pregnant or from making other cats pregnant, but leaves the cats behaviour and health unaffected. Neutering, castrating or spaying the cat destroys a significant part of the cats natural behaviour (makes it a fat couch-potato) and damages its health. It's unnecessary, cruel and morally corrupt because it's always done because some human (the owner) can't accept the cat for what it actually is: a real living cat!
