Gee, got two in the first hour. But with this many cops tied up here, how many other drunks are free to roam the roads unchecked? Drop the checkpoints, and get out on patrol, Kojak.

@m00se321 Cops watching a bar at closing time. Everyone is spilling out into the parking lot. They pick one, obviously drunk. Trouble w/ keys, lights, wipers... They pull him over. He walks the line perfectly, touches his nose perfectly, says the ABC's perfectly. Cops have him blow into a breathalyzer and get triple zeros. "How can you blow a trip zero?!!?" "Officer, I'm the designated decoy."

i live in The Netherlands and here we don't use the "walk in a straight line" thing. The police just use the breathalisers. Saves a lot of time and is way more accurate.

@Marksnotebook Boy, you got that right. It's the Benjamins. Think about who' profiting at your expense. Tow trucks, impound fees, the city, the lawyers and the judge, etc. I don't believe any state or city statute or so called law should trump the "CONSTITUTION!" Great exercise tho' to get you used to the Nazi state that's coming.

READ THE FOURTH AMENDMENT....no search or stopping without probable cause and you cannot search without a warrant...therefore you have no idea who is drunk so there is no probable cause! Just stop the people who crash into somebody or are doing something wrong but NOT those who are doing nothing wrong! Nazis!!!! And many of these people are not drunk as cops lie so many times...do not believe this! Its about stealing your money!
