Kinsale is a very popular tourist town and often hosts festivals of one type or another. The village sits on a pretty stretch of coast, and many houses offer panoramic views of the harbor. Sailing is popular here, and there are plenty of little walking paths around the village and into the countryside.

$300,ooo? I thought the property market crashed after the GFC and the bank bailout debacle. $300k is not so far below Australia's median house price - and we are still in a bubble!
