I would never hire a company that doesn't provide safety equipment to its workers, all these materials are very toxic. Failure to provide basic health protection doesn't speak well of the business....too much liability for the customer.

I have found that most people who have these floors installed just think all you have to do is mop them forever and never do any maintenance what so ever. That might be almost true for a home owner who doesn't move the sofa or other furniture around, maybe once every two years a buff and re-coat of wax would keep the floor looking like a million bucks, in a commercial setting traffic and moving fixtures might mean weekly or more maintenance. I'll take all your work you can send to Minnesota ;)

I just took on a building with this type of floor, is it possible to buff epoxy to remove scuff and scratches, I have a 2000 rpm burnisher. Once I get these floors ready I am going to 6 coat them with a sealer and burnish weekly, just waiting on the budget guys to get back to me before I start anything
