  • hey we talking bout Washington's potrayal not the Washington himself... it is clearly stated in the title... hes done a good job portraying Washington better then any other actors...

  • @gunslingerpictures You aren't much of a reader are you?

  • I agree with boredlikehell the dude doesn't look anything like Washington. A) I heard this guy give a speach as Washington and he sounds like a redneck - when Washington was an English Gentlemen growing up around the Fairfaxes B)He does look fat, when Washington was known to be very lean/athletic/ and straight. He wore a gorset when he was a child so he had a very straight posture in addition to having a collapsed chest cavity. There is a reason why he was a 'heartthrob' to the ladies- he was

  • How do you know how wide Mr. Washington was? Time travel?

There are many accounts as to Washington's stature and girth. None can say that any written description of Washington may, or may not, be correct. Portraits can't be trusted, as artists would want to flatter the subject. They knew they wouldn't get paid if the subject didn't like the work.

If any in the colonies could afford such an appetite, then Washington would have been that man.

I think Mark does an Exceptional Portrayal.

  • he would need to hit the gym he looks alot ...wider than washington was.

  • I had the privilege to meet Mr. Collins at the Victoria Texas TEA Party. Very inspiring speaker! He is, with out a doubt, the closest we could ever come to meeting the actual George Washington if it were possible.
