9-9-10 -- Adam Sandler's Birthday, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Keith Olberman, - Jon's thoughts Vlog

Vlogging while Riding... Mountain Bikes that is! Another year gone, I am now 31 years old and I share my birthday (September 9th) with one of my favorite comedians and fellow Virgo, Adam Sandler. This year I find myself with a more positive attitude about life after vowing to not watch the news! No Matter your political opinion, it might be good for you too. Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Kieth Olberman, Chris Matthews... don't matter! They just don't! I came to the conclusion to focus on positive things, especially those things that I have control over. I also realize that despite the terrible economy and such, life is for the living and I am super grateful for my life, especially my wonderful Wife Cari, and my great family and friends.
I decided to celebrate my birthday this year by working and mountain biking through Sycamore Canyon which is about a half mile from my house in Newbury Park, CA. It is a 9 mile trek to the ocean, then I climb Overlook Canyon fire road which overlooks the Channel Islands, Sycamore Cove, La Jolla Canyon, and Sandstone Peak -- the highest point in the Santa Monica Mountain Chain. I talk about my thoughts, my trail, and take you along for the ride! Cheers, and my thoughts for you are to just wake up and smile and live life to the fullest! Go get it!
