Xbox 360 DVD Drive Problem

My Xbox keeps pretty weird noise, or what do you think? :)I noticed no scratches on the disc, though.

Please don't send me those repair suggestions anymore, cause my xbox has been fixed by MS and is working just fine, touch wood ;) I also have no idea how to fix this problem without sending the console to microsoft, so please don't ask me what caused the problem. I just have never seen an xbox keeping this kind of noise so I thought it'd be cool to share this vid.

the rubber pad that is supposed to keep disc steady while spinning is dirty you need to open the drive and clean it with alcool
