The objection to the Criminal Justice Act of 2003's removal of the Double Jeopardy rule is flawed because some evidence is correct, but the suspect in question lies to the court once he gets there. People can tell the truth at one point and lie at the next one.

You people are deluded.. You just have a completely unexplainable resistance to reasonable authority. This isn't an Orwellian dystopian society, these things are just necessary measures put in place to prevent crime. Stop trying to make this something it's clearly not.

I want to see their heads on stakes. We, the people, will have it our way. NOT their way. Rebel NOW.
I have lived outside the UK for most of my life and now when i visit friends in the UK I really see the difference between mainland europe and the UK, it is really really sad to see the country of your birth (of which I was once proud) being systematically sold out until nothing is left. The UK is being raped, pillaged and plundered and no one is doing a thing...

it never ceases to amaze me how people will let the govenment make their decesions for them, look at Nazi Germany, the biggest problem that most people never think about is that the Nazis made all those decisions w/o public consent, and then they had to deal with the wars aftermath.
