Tilt-Shift 5D MK II video test at Fort Mason from the top of a man-lift

Wow - obviously no idea of the focus plane. Needs tilt then stopping down.
Focus nearest point - tilt farthest and keep doing it until both sharp - then stop down to ensure entire image sharp
Given the limited movements of a Canon TS-E do as best you can and do the rest in PS - or do it all in PS and degrade the file

there is button on your camera called "white balance" check it out
