@SYLVIAtunerrb25dett no doubt , wasnt trying to be a jerk or call you out , just share info and explain the system and why location is key. most people dont know the truth . and when companies make the part that way its dissapointing to see because the r&d should have been there , this isnt new technology. anyways . wish you luck . i have a vh45de swap with z32 trans now . love hate with it though , miss the simplicity of an sr and being able to access everything .

@qubanito03 yeah it wat working before but i have a s15 engine and ecu, is a different signal it dose not work

@qubanito03 was your tach working before you did the swap?
I just bought a 240sx and plan to do a swap later on witch is sr20 or rb25 for drifting ?

@bbwlover493 Both are perfect engines, if I had to do it over Id chose rb25 , with all the money ive dumped in to my sr , The rb25 is stronger and has way more torque plus it sounds better.

never understood why people, or companies put the bov on the wrong pipe. . . its a relief valve to prevent unwanted boost air to go through your throttle body, so follow the directions and put it 8-12 inches before the throttle body. it keeps the core and piping filled with high pressure air ,the way it is here makes for lag since you have to fill all the core and piping before you move + pressure air through your plenum. this sounds better bc its @ the turbo (source of pressure). but is fail

@twistymcslide2 This is my old setup. I threw away that BOV. My old t28 turbo was worn and on its way out. The HKS SSQV is crap I found out the hard way.
I did some research and purchased IMO the best, fastest BOV on the market. Synchronic BOV and recirculated it, installed new turbo and set it to lowest setting , no flutter at all . Boosts fine , i also got a new tune I changed MAFS for N62 from a TT Z32.

@qubanito03 if you have a 89 0r 90 240 and you did a sr20det swap ,you need to change tachomer to a 91 and up Dual cam Tachometer or install the JDM cluster .the single cam motor tach will not work with the SR20det
