It is actually Super Mario Bros. 2. The Japanese version is different from your gaijin version, which is based-on Doki Doki Panic. This one is a harder Super Mario Bros, and was for Famicom Disk System. Super Mario Bros. Lost Levels is just a renaming of the real Super Mario Bros. 2, as the American and European gaijins had a different SMB2.
