Well I've done everything you said, but my other computer can't find anything. You missed out the bit when you go to your other computer and establish a connection.

Really basic technique for simple file sharing within a LAN after being enabled, wondering how best to ensure the security of the resources shared and other info on the computers in regards virus infection and the like...

when i do it on the other computer, that i want to recieve the shared map, i do the exact same thing (in tools and that stuff :s), but it keeps telling me it didnt found the server :s . .

that means the system (or folder shares) you're connecting to requires authentication to access the shared resources.

Hard Disk Sentinel. Checks the physical health and temperature of your hard disk. The green bar indicator shows disk occupancy.
