I hoop clockwise so does that mean I should be doing all of this in reverse from what you are doing? Should I start on my left shoulder and hoop clockwise/to the right and turn my body in a circle to the right? Thanks!

@flowerchylde13 I think the easiest way if you are watching the video while learning is to mirror what i'm doing. If you don't have that convenience then you will start clockwise on your neck and left shoulder. You will be turning clockwise as well.

I am having serious issues with the left current and shoulder hooping on my right shoulder the hoop just flinges off, is there any tips you have for an issue like that???

@Wordellb If you hoop counterclockwise, then when the hoop is on your left shoulder you want to push your shoulder forward, and when it is on your right shoulder you want to push your shoulder backwards. The hardest part is the switch between the two because you have to think and position quickly. Make sure you are using a large diameter hoop with lots of gaffer to reduce slippage.

Yea chattahoopers!!! I used to live in Chattanooga but I'm in Florida now starting up a troupe in Jacksonville! Oh how I miss Lil sexy bexy!!! And You, my dear, are a rockstar! Question, you make it look so easy, but when do you duck your head out when it's going around the right shoulder? I'm having issues lol

@icyhottw2ts You have to time it for the gap. The best way i have found to do this is to start moving when the hoop hits the back of your neck because the gap falls immediately after.
