I wonder if Nick ever found out that Joe lost it for a few seconds b/c his back was to Joe when Joe was crying. It was tough for all of them when Nick was first diagnosed. Nick was interviewed by a cure for Diabetes foundation and he said he was just days away from a coma when he was diagnosed.
