Pakua Chang Fighting

Pakua Chang un art martial mental attaché aux 8 éléments de la nature. Il nutilise aucune force comme avec l Aïkido et le Taïchi, il est parfait pour la self défense de 7 à 77 ans. C'est la stratégie du combat qui différencie le Pakua Chang des autres arts martiaux. L'expérience du combat et le propre talent de Dong Hai-Quan lui ont permis de créer une stratégie du combat encore jamais apparue dans l'histoire de la Chine. En fait, la théorie du combat en Pakua Chang rejette l'opposition des forces pour adopter une sorte d'esprit de guérilla.

Baguazhang (Pakua Chang) is recognized as one of the three orthodox "internal" styles of Chinese martial art (the other two being Xing Yi Quan and Tai Ji Quan). Pakua Chang literally translates to eight trigrams. These trigrams are symbols which are used to represent all natural phenomena as described in the ancient Chinese text of divination, the Book of Changes (Yi Jing). This training made by Sensei William Clark will help you master techniques such as the pushing. Sweep tag, dragging, leading, parrying, buckling, Chopping, advancing. Piercing, dodging, blocking. Twisting, turning, walking, rotating, grasping, winding, stroking, drilling, pressing, waving, striking, stamping, linking and following.

During less than 200 years, many famous masters have been trained in this style and at the same time have developed its techniques .Dong Haichuan was the first person who taught Bagua Zhang publicly. For many reasons, we believe that Dong Haichuan was the founder of Bagua Zhang . Dong taught Bagua Zhang in Beijing, only to high level master from different styles . He had great reputation for his fighting skill.

I've heard alot about pa kua in the past. I've been told that the training can be quite rigorous. ESPECIALLY the Iron Palm Fist training portion of it. Personally, I never studied it. But this is some GREAT training music. Very relaxing.
