Elsie A4256884 RESCUED!!!

Elsie is a delightful three year old tan and white female shorthaired Chihuahua who was found in West Covina on March 29th and brought to the Baldwin Park shelter. Weighing eight pounds, this medium energy girl has been very well socialized and was born to be a purse dog. She loves to be held and wants nothing more than endless human affection. Elsie is good with other dogs, and seems to be trained and housebroken. Elsie will be the perfect pet for an individual or family living in an apartment or condo, and will provide great companionship for a senior.
