God's Laws and commandments are not done away with. The word (end) in Rom.10:4 is (telos) in the greek which means the (end result, purpose or goal) not a termination or abolition of the law. So the purpose, goal or objective of the Law(Torah, our spiritual mirror) is to help us become like YaHusHua, that's why He is called the Word made flesh.
