Narayan, a lazy bum, who likes to eat all day, and swat flies whether he is working in a multinational or as a traffic police man, whether he is a politician or a beggar, all he does his laze around. He thinks personal hygiene is a waste of time. He will scratch himself in the most awkward situation, whether he is a politician giving a speech to the nation or, he is giving directions to the traffic, but amazingly it is all in tune with music. His movements are completely rhythmic to the tunes he listens to. Music turns him on and that is when this completely stinky, shabby, unhygienic bum becomes the cutest, lovable character to hit television.
