Ishinomori Pass Away in 1998 In 2000 Return of Kamen Rider Series it Heisei era.

Well, he died late January '98 just 3 days after his 60th birthday. He died before he could finish it in 2000 like he wanted. However, there is good news: 4 years, a novel that is the "official true ending" was made in Japan. Now, if only someone would bring it over to these commentator's respective countries. As far as I know, no one has done online chapter translations.
