  • Did you add solder mask to your pcb??

  • @nanodocl no

  • how do you cut the boards? are you using some kind of guilloteen, a bandsaw or some other method? I'm just about to try pcb manufacture using toner method for the first time very soon. This method looks more complicated but you seem to get very high quality results. excellent vid. cheers

  • i cut using various methods. this batch cut on a break sheer. this method is not difficult. you layout the board, save to cd or usb memory stick, take to copy center, print onto transparency, bring home, place on pre-sensitized copper clad mg 606 or injectorall pc18P, expose for 5 min, place in developer, agitate, rinse, float in ferric chloride, wait for etchant to completely remove all unwanted copper, rinse, drill holes, tin plate, rinse, solder in parts, it is that simple Thanks & good luck

  • You are the Drew Brees of PC Boards

  • I hope that is a good thing. Thanks for your comment.

  • I saw you inverted the text on the larger board. I've done that many times too. I'm an EET an well.

  • take it oot!!

  • donde puedo conseguir el LIQUID TIN

  • I use 800 grit wet sand paper, and always start building the board immediately. Once everything is soldered up, then conformal coat.... Now the copper (etched) as only been exposed to air as long it solder....the remainder of life, sealed (no need to tin).

    BTW, nice video

  • why do you have to take off the coating?

  • I was looking for some better understanding for PCB's since I do not come from a engineering background. Your videos were great help indeed. Thank you so much for uploading those.
