My guess is:
The grease that may left on your finger tips might cause a few switch and twisting knob slip. Such an occurrence in this "small issues" is a problem, and problem creates waste, (mostly a few milliseconds time delay) waste means less efficient and less productivity.
Using gloves will reduces this, and keep the aircraft clean, reducing cleaning time, and other effects that are caused by dirty parts, etc.

they are the trim wheels - they adjust the back horizontal stabilizer to reduce the amount of 'control input' the pilots need to do. If they have to continually pull back on the joystick, the trim wheels will adjust the horizontal stabilizer so that they dont have to pull back on the joystick as much, or at all! The autopilot will adjust the horizontal stabilizer to make the airplane climb, descend or level out - simple!

i wonder why runway and taxi lights are not broken when a plane land on it or even when the plane pass over these lights?

Thank you very much for watch my video.
Regarding your comment, It's from Haneda as RJTT.
Usually, mostly domestic flights are fly away from Haneda.
And Narita is for International Flight.
