Hmm I wonder if you can see him change his gloves while cutting the Tuna.. Look hard, or you could miss it.. if you missed it, watch it again.. LOL..

Tore Tore Ichiba is a famous fish market in Shirahama, so much so that you can see the advertisements when you cross the Osaka/Wakayama border..

This place is also famous for their fresh gourmet seafood lunches.. Which is always packed out..

You can also buy some of the best Ponzu sauce in Japan at this market.. we purchased a few bottles while we were at the market..
